Grant Shapps, né le à Watford (Hertfordshire), est un homme politique britannique, membre du Parti conservateur.
Il est député de la circonscription de Welwyn Hatfield à la Chambre des communes pour cinq mandats de 2005 à 2024, date à laquelle il est battu par le candidat travailliste Andrew Lewin. Il est aussi co-président du Parti conservateur de à sous David Cameron.

En , il est nommé secrétaire d'État à la Sécurité énergétique et à la Neutralité carbone au sein du gouvernement remanié de Rishi Sunak. En août suivant, il est nommé secrétaire d'État à la Défense, poste qu'il occupe jusqu'en juillet 2024.
