Chief Fed Dist Judge J J Sirica on Dec 16 denies motion by Los Angeles Times and reporters J Nelson and R J Ostrow to delay hearing on order requiring Times to produce tapes of int with A C Baldwin 3d, Govt witness in Watergate case involving alleged bugging of Dem Natl Com hq in Washington last June; Sirica says Times has had more than 1 mo to prepare its argument against subpoena of tapes; attys for E H Hunt Jr, 1 of 7 defendants in Watergate break-in, served subpoena on Dec 14 for Times to produce tapes; tapes are now due to be turned over on Dec 19
