Justice Dept and Boston Globe have resolved out of ct an antitrust case involving right to print syndicated comic strips, pol columns and other features; Govt had accused Chicago Tribune-NY News Syndicate, Field Enterprises, Hearst Corp and Globe Newspaper Co of creating unreasonably broad exclusive territories for their features; at issue was whether Globe could sign agreements giving it exclusive right in central and northern New England to print its 121 syndicated features, although area includes 68 other daily newspapers that might want to buy them; Globe atty Paul Lambert says consent decree will be filed in US Dist Ct in about 2 wks (S)
