Robert McKinney, former owner of Santa Fe New Mexican newspaper, will continue testifying in court in his attempt to recover newspaper from Gannett Co; is seeking recovery of paper or $25 million, or both; suit asserts that Gannett violated Feb 27, '76, merger agreement; at heart of dispute is employment agreement under which McKinney was to remain editor in chief, publisher, chief executive officer and chairman of board of newspaper for 5 years; McKinney is charging that Gannett breached that agreement by taking personnel actions without his consent and by publishing 2 editorials over his objections; testimony by attorney Kendyl Monroe noted (S)
